Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nikora Tama (ranked 3762 p4p, 3644 weight class) and Jack Crusher (ranked 424 p4p, 415 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Crusher !
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crusher defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tama.
Crusher tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Tama throws a predictable looking body shot
and Crusher counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Tama thinking.

Tama rushes Crusher and presses him up against the cage.
Tama content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Tama is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Crusher to keep the fight standing.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Tama shoots in and drives through. Crusher sprawls well.

Tama fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Crusher sprawls well initially but Tama persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Tama is nestled in close to Crusher , controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Crusher is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Tama wants to pass the guard but Crusher is keeping the position.

Crusher looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Crusher thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Crusher looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tama is one step ahead there.
Tama trying to control but Crusher is working from the bottom.

Crusher is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Tama frees his head nicely. Oh but Crusher has switched to an armbar! Tama is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
