Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tanjiro Namikaze (ranked 3493 p4p, 5608 weight class) and Seo Boy (ranked 282 p4p, 364 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tanjiro Namikaze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Seo Boy!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Namikaze feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We've been hearing that Namikaze has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Boy is in a horrible position here. Namikaze smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Boy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Namikaze. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Boy shoots in for a takedown but Namikaze shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

We've been informed that Boy has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Tanjiro Namikaze overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
