Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gogo Yamamoto (ranked 4446 p4p, 6287 weight class) and Ilias Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 529 weight class). The key to victory for Gogo Yamamoto has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Khan closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Yamamoto quickly recovers to half guard.
Khan looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Yamamoto is looking to control Khan's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Yamamoto avoid being mounted?
Yamamoto is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Khan is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Yamamoto doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Khan.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Khan crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Yamamoto - the referee stops the clock and Khan gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Yamamoto. Khan manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Yamamoto ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Khan has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Yamamoto.

Yamamoto lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Khan takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Gogo Yamamoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yamamoto connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Khan is rocked!
Yamamoto cracks Khan with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
