The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brother closes the distance and clinches.
Brother lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
It looks like Froma Lan has been cut.
Brother lands a damaging elbow.
Brother comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Lan has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Brother after a bit of a struggle.
Brother gets underhooks to prevent Lan's takedown attempt.
Brother working aggressively here.
Lan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
A head punch on the inside from Brother fails to land.
Brother tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Lan drags the fight down to the ground.
Brother has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Lan is proving hard to escape from.
Lan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Brother wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Lan's closed guard. He's half up but Lan has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Lan pivots and extends the arm, Brother falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Lan! Well done that man!
