Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Bum Fighter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cinta Chavez!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter misses with a double jab
so Chavez counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Fighter is wriggling around but Chavez manages to pass to half guard.
Chavez is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Fighter sees it coming and defends easily.
Fighter is looking to control Chavez's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Fighter avoid being mounted?
Fighter wants to get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Chavez is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Fighter is looking for a sweep. Chavez is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Chavez sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Fighter defending well though.
Fighter might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chavez decides to stand up.
Fighter gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Fighter knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chavez on the ground.
Chavez postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Chavez slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chavez drops back looking for a leg! Fighter is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fighter manages to kick Chavez off! Chavez jumps back into Fighter's guard.
Chavez not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Chavez works over Fighter with some ground and pound from guard.
Chavez postures up and lands a big shot to Fighter's brow.
Chavez is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Chavez pushes down on Fighter's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Chavez looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Chavez works his foot free and advances to mount.
Fighter tries to reverse the position but Chavez maintains control.
Chavez pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Fighter takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Chavez lands a heavy elbow.
Fighter is rocked!
Fighter is breathing heavily.

Oh Fighter is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chavez breaks from Fighter's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Fighter has left one of his arms exposed and Chavez doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Fighter screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
