The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

It looks like Ottke might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Serronen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ottke doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ottke manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Serronen is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Ottke not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Serronen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ottke defends it easily.
