Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Blonde Brunson (ranked 1289 p4p, 3280 weight class) and Dion Smith (ranked 82 p4p, 196 weight class). Smith has chosen Earth, Wind & Fire- Let's Groove as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Smith wants it to stay on the feet.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Dion Smith dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Brunson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Smith is fending him off so far but Brunson persists. Nope, Smith circles away and we're back to standing.

Brunson has hold of Smith's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Smith manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Brunson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Brunson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Smith can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Brunson is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Brunson extends the arm and Smith is forced to tap!
