Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Avatna Haviid (ranked 2718 p4p, 3797 weight class) and Kaven May Jr (ranked 343 p4p, 423 weight class). May Jr has chosen HonestKey- Self Discovery as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haviid throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

May Jr lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

May Jr throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Haviid stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Haviid with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling May Jr to score with a decent uppercut.

May Jr tries to land a front kick but Haviid steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
May Jr throws an overhand right that lands on Haviid's shoulder, as Haviid tries to avoid the shot.
The crowd cheers as Haviid lands an impressive looking overhand right. May Jr doesn't seem phased though.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Haviid crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from May Jr - the referee stops the clock and Haviid gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says May Jr. Haviid manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

May Jr lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Haviid crumples to the floor! May Jr milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

Kaven May Jr tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
Avatna Haviid was interviewed post fight and said 'We'll I guess fightin' aint for me anymore man. I officially announce my retirement. Good fight May Jr. wish my chin wasn't made of paper'.
