Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darth Beerdrinkus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mada Ginlob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beerdrinkus is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mada Ginlob!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ginlob shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ginlob was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Beerdrinkus is breathing heavily.
Ginlob lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Beerdrinkus is looking to get to half guard.
Ginlob has hold of Beerdrinkus's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Beerdrinkus manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Ginlob is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Beerdrinkus is surviving well by controlling Ginlob's body position as best he can.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ginlob lands a big shot there that rocks Beerdrinkus but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Ginlob wants to control the pace but Beerdrinkus is squirming around nicely.
Beerdrinkus is working to get back to half guard.

Ginlob scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Beerdrinkus swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Ginlob working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Beerdrinkus looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Ginlob! Submission of the night perhaps?
