Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Zakhar Zhitkov!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Dirk Anderson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhitkov scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Dalpra looks for a takedown but Zhitkov sprawls well.
No joy there for Zhitkov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Zhitkov throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Zhitkov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Dalpra drops down looking for a counter takedown but Zhitkov sprawls and moves away.
Zhitkov lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Zhitkov.
Zhitkov stuffs the takedown.
Dalpra tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Zhitkov defends well and Dalpra ends up having to push Zhitkov into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Zhitkov looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Dalpra dives in for a single leg takedown but Zhitkov sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Dalpra tries to pull guard but Zhitkov holds him up against the cage and eventually Dalpra drops back down to his feet.

Dalpra throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Zhitkov was covering up waiting for the punch and Dalpra finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Zhitkov controls Dalpra momentarily but Dalpra frees himself.

Dalpra passes Zhitkov's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Zhitkov looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Dalpra wants to lay and pray for a moment but Zhitkov keeps working.
Dalpra wants to free his trapped foot but Zhitkov is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Zhitkov scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Dalpra manages to mount him!
Dalpra working for a submission but Zhitkov is keeping him at bay.
Zhitkov holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Dalpra tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Dalpra wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
Dalpra has hold of Zhitkov's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Zhitkov manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Dalpra wants to take Zhitkov's back here but Zhitkov is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Zhitkov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dalpra. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Dalpra is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Dalpra moves into full mount! Zhitkov won't be happy about that!

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Dalpra holds on and takes a little breather.
Zhitkov won't allow Dalpra to sweep him here.
Zhitkov is posturing up here but Dalpra has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Zhitkov tries to roll out but it's too tight and Zhitkov has to tap! Slick submission there by Dalpra!
