The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

St Pierre shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ortiz's guard.

St Pierre is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ortiz is just riding it out for now. St Pierre eventually gives up the hold.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. St Pierre connects with a nice short shot to Ortiz's temple.

Ortiz has left one of his arms exposed and St Pierre doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Ortiz screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
