Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mo Jassim (ranked 3663 p4p, 3804 weight class) and JJ Harris (ranked 419 p4p, 425 weight class). JJ Harris will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jassim looks for a takedown but Harris sprawls well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Jassim is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Harris defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

That was a close round but I would say that Mo Jassim will probably get the nod.

Jassim misses with a takedown attempt - Harris sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
As Jassim backs off Harris throws a huge counter combo but Jassim manages to avoid it all.

Jassim fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Harris avoids it really well and circles away.
Harris unleashes a big counter combination but Jassim bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Harris is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Jassim is defending well though. Harris let's go of the attempt for now.
You can see the frustration on Jassim's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
