Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jake Barter (ranked 4366 p4p, 5319 weight class) and Dingeo Alcatraz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barter kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Black Ops 2 Theme. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dingeo Alcatraz!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Daniel Bishop and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alcatraz clinches with his opponent.
Alcatraz scores with a nice hook to the head.
Alcatraz decides to pull guard.
Barter not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Alcatraz had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Barter defends it easily.
Alcatraz has control of Barter's left arm, preventing Barter from doing any damage.
Alcatraz looking to hit a scissor sweep but Barter is one step ahead there.
Alcatraz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Barter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barter sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Alcatraz's guard.
Alcatraz wants to get back to full guard.

Barter is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Barter trying to control but Alcatraz is having none of it.
Barter jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Alcatraz manages to avoid the submission attempt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Barter moves into full mount! Alcatraz won't be happy about that!

Barter works his foot free and advances to mount.
Barter is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Alcatraz to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Alcatraz shrugs it off.
Alcatraz is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Barter trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Barter goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Alcatraz turns into him and now he's in Barter's guard.

Barter has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Alcatraz is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Barter.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Alcatraz bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Alcatraz clinches up against the cage.
Barter is trying to break the clinch but Alcatraz has him pressed against the cage.
Barter decides to pull guard.
Alcatraz throws an elbow that misses. Barter uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Alcatraz's guard. Nice move by Barter!

Barter drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Alcatraz manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Barter has Alcatraz in his guard.

Barter is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Alcatraz is looking to improve his position.

Dingeo Alcatraz showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Barter tries to roll over but Alcatraz keeps him under control.
Barter looks like he's trying to stand up.

I would just about give that final round to Dingeo Alcatraz.
Well Alcatraz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
