The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dinu throws a combination that misses
and Goodson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Nice uppercut there from Goodson.
Dinu ducks right into an uppercut from Goodson.
Dinu rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Goodson to counter with a crisp jab.
Goodson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Dinu misses with a body punch
and Goodson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Dinu misses with a hook. Goodson ducked under it nicely.
Dinu throws a lazy uppercut
and Goodson counters with a left to the body.
Goodson connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Goodson checks a leg kick.
Dinu scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

and Goodson counters with a left and a right that stings Dinu.
Dinu wants to clinch but Goodson slips to the side

Goodson has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Goodson lands a jab.
Dinu shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Dinu seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Goodson thuds a left hand into Dinu's body.
Dinu tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Goodson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Roman Dinu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dinu throws a lazy right hand but Goodson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Goodson works the jab nicely.
Dinu misses with an uppercut
and Goodson counters with a stiff right hand.

Dinu is rocked!
Dinu glances at the clock... BAM! Goodson nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Dinu crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Dinu is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
