The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jonathan Paton and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A punch lands to the side of Lafitte 's head but he takes it in his stride.
That has opened up Jean Lafitte's cut even more.
No joy there for Lafitte, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bonelli looks to land a left hand but Lafitte moved out of range nicely.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Bonelli counters with a nice right hand that sends Lafitte toppling to the canvas! Lafitte scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Bonelli finish him?!

Lafitte bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Bonelli's head backwards.

Bonelli ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lafitte moves away.

The cut above Jean Lafitte's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Lafitte has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.

Bonelli drops Lafitte with a straight right hand, right on the button! Bonelli follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
