The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan lands a lovely overhand right.
Haven shoots for a double leg takedown but Ryan sprawls well. He's pushed Haven's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Haven shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ryan as he jumps to the side.
Ryan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Outer Haven. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Haven looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Haven misses with a takedown attempt - Ryan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Ryan cracks Haven with a good jab.
Ryan scores with a hook to the body. Haven takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Haven.
Haven is breathing heavily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ryan lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Ryan forces Haven back against the cage and clinches.

Ryan lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Haven backwards.
Haven's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Ryan presses Haven against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ryan's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Ryan creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Ryan lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Ryan throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Havens head.

Haven is rocked!
Haven takes a shot to the head.
Oh Haven is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ryan lands a right hand that snaps the head of Haven backwards.
Ryan pushes Haven against the cage. Ryan is working some dirty boxing. Ryan pushes off with a quick right hook! Haven goes down! Haven tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Ryan moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
