Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Raleigh St. Clair (ranked 2778 p4p, 1930 weight class) and Aramis Knox (ranked 344 p4p, 256 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Raleigh St. Clair! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 28 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aramis Knox! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A swing and a miss from St. Clair. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Knox! But no joy. Knox looks to throw the jab but St. Clair is out of range. St. Clair misses the jab. Raleigh St. Clair seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Some bone on bone action there as Knox checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Knox moves into the clinch. Knox manages to break the clinch.
A right-left combo lands from St. Clair.
It looks like Aramis Knox has been cut. St. Clair looks to land a body kick but Knox moved away. Knox throws out a loose jab but St. Clair uses good head movement to avoid it. A quick step to the side and St. Clair tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. St. Clair throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Knox counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. St. Clair moves forwards but Knox connects with a nice, crisp jab. St. Clair's jab looks to have found its range, popping Knox under the eye.
That's one minute gone in the round. Knox tries to keep at a distance but St. Clair has taken the fight into the clinch. Knox has had enough of the clinch but St. Clair keeps him there for the moment. Knox pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. St. Clair throws an overhand right that lands on Knox's shoulder, as Knox tries to avoid the shot. Knox moves out of range of the strikes. Knox throws a counter combo. Nice shot by Knox. St. Clair looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Knox checks a leg kick. St. Clair thows a left - swing and a miss! Knox scores with a nice head shot. Knox steps to the side to avoid the strikes from St. Clair. Knox appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Knox looks to score with a jab to the body but St. Clair is just out of range. Knox misses with a looping left.
That's two minutes gone in the round. St. Clair dodges the punch combination from Knox.
St. Clair stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Nice defenses there by Knox. St. Clair avoids the body shot from Knox.
St. Clair was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Knox uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by St. Clair.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! St. Clair gets tackled into the cage by Knox. Knox maintains the clinch. Knox manages to break the clinch.
Knox misses with a combination
and St. Clair connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. St. Clair lands a jab. Knox throws a nice looking combination but St. Clair bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Knox comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Knox ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Knox misses with an uppercut
and St. Clair counters with a good low kick that Knox was not able to check. The fight moves into the clinch position. St. Clair working aggressively here.
Knox blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Knox pulls guard. St. Clair postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Knox escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. St. Clair gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Knox utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. St. Clair lands a couple of decent looking shots. Our spies down at at 020 Gym inform us that Knox has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? St. Clair is pushing down on Knox's leg trying to pass to half guard. Knox is fighting to maintain full guard but St. Clair has managed to sneak the leg through. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! St. Clair seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Knox has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. St. Clair is working away from the top position though. St. Clair is looking to advance position but Knox won't allow it. Knox is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of St. Clair's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take St. Clair's back! Knox has the hooks in. St. Clair is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Knox is trying to stick to St. Clair's back but St. Clair is turning into Knox. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Knox's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by St. Clair. Knox preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Knox throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Knox is trying to control the position from the bottom.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Raleigh St. Clair will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Aramis Knox's cut. That's time! Back to the action! Knox takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Knox moves out of range as St. Clair strikes. Knox scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. St. Clair doesn't seem bothered though. St. Clair avoids the body shot from Knox.
St. Clair misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Knox.
As St. Clair backs off Knox throws a huge counter combo but St. Clair manages to avoid it all. Knox fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches St. Clair on the side of the head. St. Clair scores with a slapping inside leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Knox goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Knox works St. Clair's body with a nice hook. St. Clair throws a lazy right hand but Knox sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. St. Clair throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. St. Clair instigates a clinch. St. Clair misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Knox tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
St. Clair working aggressively here.
Knox has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. A hook to the body from St. Clair.
St. Clair softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. St. Clair tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. St. Clair lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. With the fighters clinched against the cage, St. Clair creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Knox tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. St. Clair just stands there and leans against the cage. Knox scores with a shot to the side of St. Clair's head. St. Clair gets through Knox's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Knox lands a hook to the side of the head. St. Clair misses with a short punch on the inside. St. Clair lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A short right hand to the side of the head by St. Clair.

Knox wants to break the clinch but can't.
Knox manages to pull guard.
St. Clair with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. St. Clair postures up in Knox's guard and throws a big left but Knox blocks it. St. Clair lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. St. Clair lands a couple of digs.
That has opened up Aramis Knox's cut even more. St. Clair cracks Knox with a solid left hand. St. Clair postures up.
Knox has momentary wrist control but St. Clair slips an elbow through the middle. Knox trying to keep a closed guard but St. Clair is proving a slippery customer.
St. Clair working some strikes from top position. St. Clair connects with a couple of short punches. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Knox is trying to control the position but St. Clair postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Knox utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Knox keeping busy, throwing shots from the bottom. Knox is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and St. Clair defends well. Knox has momentary wrist control but St. Clair slips an elbow through the middle. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as St. Clair accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. St. Clair postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. St. Clair is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Aramis Knox's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Aramis Knox's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Raleigh St. Clair! A relieved looking Raleigh St. Clair thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
