PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between George Foreman (ranked 4455 p4p, 4518 weight class) and Tyson Fury (ranked 207 p4p, 209 weight class). Fury has chosen Sweet Caroline - Neil Diamond as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, George Foreman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tyson Fury!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jorge Garcia and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury connects with a body shot that sends Foreman's belly button to the back.
Foreman misses the shot to the body.
Foreman pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Fury shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Foreman eats them both and turns towards Fury to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like George Foreman has been cut.
Foreman doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Foreman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fury manages to avoid it.

Fury closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Foreman crashing to the mat! Foreman uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fury ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Fury misses with the combination.
Foreman lands with a hook. Fury tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Fury works Foreman's body with a nice hook.

Fury wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Foreman slips a jab and a cross from Fury.

Fury misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fury dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Foreman swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Fury lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Foreman circles away quickly and effectively.
Fury throws a right hand that Foreman ducks under and follows up with a left that Foreman also avoids with ease.
Foreman looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Fury throws a hook to the side of Foreman's head but Foreman sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Fury throws a jab when Foreman was well out of range.
Fury throws a series of punches but Foreman moves out of range.

Foreman connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Foreman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Foreman cracks Fury with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Fury is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Fury is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!

Fury is rocked!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Foreman cracks Fury with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
