Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Meyer (ranked 1961 p4p, 22808 weight class) and Muggy Mugshot (ranked 106 p4p, 253 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 22 - 44 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oscar Meyer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 15 - 26 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Muggy Mugshot! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mugshot throws a sloppy body shot
and Meyer counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Muggy Mugshot has been cut. Meyer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mugshot sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Meyer somewhat. Mugshot feints a counter leg kick. Meyer ducks under a wild hook from Mugshot. Good leg kick by Meyer. Meyer avoids the head kick by Mugshot.
Oooooh!!! Mugshot has knocked Meyer down with a huge combo! Mugshot steps away and waves a wobbly Meyer back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Oscar Meyer has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mugshot attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Mugshot defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Meyer. Mugshot throws out a counter right but Meyer avoids it with no problem. Meyer clinches up with Mugshot and pushes him back against the cage. Meyer blocks an uppercut.
Mugshot tries to break free but Meyer pushes him back against the cage. Mugshot tries to break the clinch but Meyer is controlling the position. Meyer escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mugshot looks to score with a jab to the body but Meyer is just out of range. Mugshot tries to close the distance and clinch but Meyer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Meyer appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Muggy Mugshot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Meyer shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mugshot sprawls well. Mugshot wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Meyer gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Oscar Meyer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Meyer moves into the clinch successfully.
Meyer has Mugshot pressed against the cage, preventing Mugshot from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Mugshot throws a knee to the head but misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Meyer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mugshot tries to avoid it but Meyer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mugshot to the ground. Mugshot escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A head kick by Mugshot misses and Meyer counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Meyer manages to break the clinch.
Meyer slips under a jab from Mugshot. A nice leg kick from Meyer, right into the meat of the thigh.
Meyer has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Scrap Squad in the buildup to the fight. Meyer clinches. Mugshot wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Meyer shoots for a takedown but Mugshot saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Mugshot throws a body shot but no joy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Mugshot. Meyer does a little dance to reset his feet. Mugshot throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Meyer. Meyer fails with a takedown attempt. Mugshot throws a hook but Meyer avoids it easily. Mugshot looks to throw the jab but Meyer is out of range. Meyer is looking for a counter combo. A good leg kick by Meyer. Meyer keeps the fight on the outside. Meyer changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Mugshot throws a looping overhand right but Meyer ducks down to avoid it. Mugshot is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Meyer lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Mugshot throws a body kick despite being completely out of range enabling Meyer to counter with a crisp jab.
That has opened up Muggy Mugshot's cut even more. Meyer ducks under a wild hook from Mugshot. Mugshot lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. This has been an exciting period of action! Meyer moves into range and clinches up with Mugshot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Meyer keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mugshot's efforts to push away. Mugshot wants to break the clinch but can't.
Meyer drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mugshot gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Mugshot tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Meyer makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Mugshot is trying to break the clinch but Meyer is controlling him. Mugshot has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Mugshot tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Meyer's elbow. Meyer fails to pull guard.
Mugshot tries to break the clinch but Meyer is controlling the position. Meyer has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mugshot is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Mugshot looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Meyer is looking to take this one to the mat. Meyer prevents Mugshot from breaking the clinch. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Muggy Mugshot will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Mugshot doesn't defend quickly enough and Meyer has managed to lock this one up! Can Mugshot escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Meyer on a fantastic submission victory.
