Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Olu Banjo (ranked 2664 p4p, 2800 weight class) and Hasbulla Magomedov (ranked 152 p4p, 158 weight class). Magomedov has chosen Roy Jones Jr - Can't be Touched as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Olu Banjo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hasbulla Magomedov!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedov shoots in but no luck this time.
Magomedov fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Magomedov takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
It looks like Hasbulla Magomedov has been cut.
Magomedov shoots in for a takedown but Banjo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Banjo was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Olu Banjo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hasbulla Magomedov.
Magomedov is trying hard to land a takedown here. Banjo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Banjo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Magomedov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Banjo connects with a jab.
Banjo connects with the punch.
Banjo misses with a few strikes there.
Banjo is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Banjo's corner calls for a 1-2. Banjo obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Magomedov takes one on the button.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Magomedov closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Magomedov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Banjo pinned against the cage. Banjo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Magomedov closes the distance and clinches up with Banjo, looking for a takedown. Magomedov pushes Banjo against the cage but Banjo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Magomedov shoots and misses
and Banjo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Magomedov shoots in but Banjo avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Banjo swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Magomedov.
Banjo connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Banjo scores with a body shot.
Magomedov walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Magomedov is rocked!
Magomedov's coach down at ubergym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Magomedov's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Olu Banjo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Banjo lands a right hook to the body.
Magomedov is still on wobbly legs! Can Banjo finish him?
Banjo cracks Magomedov with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Magomedov tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Banjo pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Magomedov is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Olu Banjo!
