And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 0 losses; Raja Silalahi! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Joseph Jones and Russell Pearce.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Silalahi. Frank has managed to clinch.
I was talking to Frank's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Frank tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Silalahi just stands there and leans against the cage. Silalahi can't get the takedown.
Silalahi has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Frank is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Glacius Frank has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raja Silalahi. Silalahi is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Frank drags the fight down to the ground.
Frank has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Silalahi doesn't defend quickly enough and Frank has managed to lock this one up! Can Silalahi escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Frank on a fantastic submission victory.
