Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Felipe Paraventi and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peart looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Peart shoots in but Mitia avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mitia darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Peart is pressing down on Mitia's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Mitia wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

and Mitia holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Peart tries to score a body lock takedown but Mitia shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
