Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Stuart Goodwin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Henry Chinaski! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Bart Greer and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goodwin looks to score with a jab to the body but Chinaski is just out of range. Chinaski looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Chinaski walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Chinaski keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Goodwin. Chinaski looks like he wants to counter punch here. Stuart Goodwin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chinaski throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Goodwin changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Goodwin throws a poor cross that misses
and Goodwin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Chinaski uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Goodwin. Chinaski throws a lazy right hand but Goodwin sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Goodwin throws a right hand that misses
enabling Chinaski to counter with a crisp jab. A big left from Goodwin misses. Chinaski swings widly with a right hand
letting Goodwin counter with a right hand. Goodwin misses with an uppercut
and Chinaski counters with a stiff right hand. This has been an exciting period of action! Chinaski throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Goodwin misses with a left hand and Chinaski counters with a crisp right hand that drops Goodwin! Chinaski lets Goodwin back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Goodwin is rocked! Chinaski uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Goodwin.
Oh Goodwin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Chinaski slips under a jab from Goodwin.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goodwin throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Chinaski counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
