Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Lopez (ranked 25303 p4p, 25387 weight class) and Kiribayama Tetsuo (ranked 271 p4p, 255 weight class). Jose Lopez is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lopez pushes Tetsuo up against the cage in a clinch.

Tetsuo has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Lopez regains guard immediately.

Lopez is working an open guard so Tetsuo takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Tetsuo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lopez was covering up waiting for the punch and Tetsuo finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Lopez tries to get to full guard but Tetsuo has control of the leg.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Tetsuo has closed the distance and engaged Lopez in a clinch.
Lopez tries for a takedown but Tetsuo manages to get underhooks.
Lopez unloads a knee to the mid-section. Tetsuo lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Tetsuo is trying to trip Lopez. He has hold of a leg but Lopez is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Tetsuo persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Lopez working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tetsuo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tetsuo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Tetsuo takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kiribayama Tetsuo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Tetsuo closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lopez's guard.
Tetsuo won't allow Lopez to get back to his feet.

Let's hope that Tetsuo has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Lopez tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Tetsuo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Tetsuo is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Lopez can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
