Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zambosurian Inday (ranked 23838 p4p, 23819 weight class) and Mmm Mmm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Mmm Mmm enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 50 - 39 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zambosurian Inday! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 19 - 71 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mmm Mmm! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Mmm goes for a double leg but Inday avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Inday continues to drive forward. Inday went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Mmm misses with a body kick. It appears Inday was looking to counter with a kick there. Inday defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mmm. Inday swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Inday looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mmm is fending him off so far but Inday persists. Nope, Mmm circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Inday closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Mmm stuck in half guard on the bottom here. Inday remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inday seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mmm for as long as he can get away with. You can see the frustration on Mmm's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Inday is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Mmm's shoulder. That is not cool. Mmm wants to control but Inday postures up.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Inday darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Inday perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ground and pound from Inday. Mmm is holding on to half guard well. Mmm trying to hold on to Inday's head to control him but Inday postures up.
Inday takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Mmm is positioning himself well to prevent Inday advancing to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Mmm wants to control but Inday is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Inday shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Mmm counters with an inside leg kick. Mmm shoots in for a double leg but Inday sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. It appears Inday was looking to counter with a kick there. Zambosurian Inday has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mmm Mmm. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mmm stuffs the takedown. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Zambosurian Inday dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Mmm throws a wild body kick that Inday sees coming a mile off. Inday manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mmm on his heels. He'll look to pass Mmm's guard now, I'm sure. The fighters are working up against the cage. Mmm manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Inday is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Mmm gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Inday is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Mmm pulls him back up using the underhooks. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mmm gets underhooks to prevent Inday's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zambosurian Inday. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inday breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Inday stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Inday wants it to stay on the feet. Inday quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Inday keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Inday is looking to counter with a body kick. Inday tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mmm defends well and Inday ends up having to push Mmm into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Mmm shapes to counter with a head kick. Inday prevents the takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Inday's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nice body kick there by Mmm. Inday looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Inday sitting in guard, not really doing much. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Inday postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Inday sitting in guard here, content to control. Inday distracts Mmm with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Inday is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Mmm can do to turn this around? Inday is stalling in the full guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Mmm is trying to control the position but Inday postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Inday closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Inday lands in his opponent's guard. Zambosurian Inday overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Inday content to stall in guard here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Zambosurian Inday will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round! Mmm goes for a double leg but Inday avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Inday continues to drive forward. Inday decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Mmm keeping hold of Inday's head, controlling as best he can. Still in half guard, Inday seems content to control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mmm tries to kick Inday off but Inday keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inday performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Mmm controlling the position for now. Inday takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Mmm is looking to regain half guard here but Inday keeps moving and retains side control. Inday is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Mmm will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Inday thuds his shin into the meat of Mmm's side. Zambosurian Inday is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Inday fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Mmm Mmm has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Inday shoots in for a takedown but Mmm shows good takedown defense.
And that's the end of the fight! Zambosurian Inday showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Inday, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
