Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cactus Jack (ranked 3165 p4p, 1981 weight class) and Oki Zuki (ranked 363 p4p, 235 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Cactus Jack! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Oki Zuki ! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jack darts in looking for a takedown but Zuki gets double underhooks and turns Jack into the cage. A little jabbing left from Zuki on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Jack has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Zuki avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Zuki breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Zuki misses with a two punch combination.
Jack looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Zuki circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jack tries for a takedown but Zuki circles away easily and Zuki counters with a series of strikes. Jack will be more careful next time no doubt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cactus Jack. That's going to take a lot out of him. Zuki jabs Jack to the body, keeping him at a distance. Zuki has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Jack fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jack looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Jack has his takedown stuffed and Zuki counters with a crisp one two that drops Jack! Zuki thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Jack to his feet! Jack is in big trouble! This has been an exciting period of action! Jack shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Zuki counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Zuki stuffs the takedown attempt from Jack. Jack gets slowly back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jack tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Zuki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Jack closes this distance looking for a takedown but Zuki circles away. Zuki is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Jack dodges the punch combination from Zuki .
Zuki misses with a double jab.
Zuki lands a jab to the head.
Jack jabs at Zuki 's body. Zuki fails to land with a series of punches.
Jack avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jack tries to close the distance and clinch but Zuki swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Zuki fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jack manages to avoid it. Jack attempts a counter takedown but Zuki avoids it well and moves away. Jack shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Zuki defends it nicely. Cactus Jack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zuki tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Jack misses with the combination.
Despite the aggression on Zuki 's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Jack gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jack looks to clinch and Zuki counters with a left to the body. Jack closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Zuki to the mat! Zuki manages to get full guard. Zuki is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Jack throws a big right hand that misses. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zuki wants to stand but Jack is controlling the position. Jack lands a couple of decent looking shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jack connects with a couple of short punches. Jack is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Jack drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jack jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Zuki uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Nice cross by Zuki . Oki Zuki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jack shoots for a double leg takedown but Zuki sprawls well. He's pushed Jack's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Jack misses with a looping right. Jack has his takedown stuffed and Zuki counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Jack is breathing heavily. Jack takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Zuki misses with a head kick.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Jack fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Zuki lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Zuki throws a head kick but Jack moves out of range.
Jack tries a low kick but Zuki avoids it. Jack throws a jab when Zuki was well out of range. Jack scores with a takedown into Zuki 's guard. Zuki kicks Jack off and gets to his feet. Jack wants to clinch but Zuki slips to the side and Zuki counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Zuki dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Jack throws a series of punches but Zuki avoids them all with ease. Despite the aggression on Zuki 's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Oki Zuki dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Jack tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Zuki swivels and escapes. Despite the aggression on Zuki 's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Zuki feints a jab promting Jack to slip. Zuki then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jack slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Cactus Jack is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jack wants to clinch but Zuki slips to the side and Zuki counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Zuki throws a nice looking combination but Jack bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Zuki thuds his shin into the meat of Jack's side. Jack shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Zuki makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Zuki throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Jack is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Zuki . Zuki swats away the attempt to clinch by Jack. Jack tries to clinch but Zuki moves away and Zuki counters with a lovely straight right hand! Zuki lands a brutal uppercut that launches Jack off his feet! Jack tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Oki Zuki ! Oki Zuki very nearly forgot to thank Champion Apparel amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
