Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kugus Amiga (ranked 24306 p4p, 24616 weight class) and Helen Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Salvacion shoots in but no luck this time.
Amiga throws a quick counter kick to the body but Salvacion avoids it.

Salvacion shoots in for a double leg but Amiga sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Amiga darts in looking for a takedown but Salvacion gets double underhooks and turns Amiga into the cage.
And Salvacion responds with a good body kick, but Amiga manages to step out the way in time.

Amiga is just content to waste time from the top position. Salvacion takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Salvacion closes the distance and clinches up with Amiga, looking for a takedown. Salvacion pushes Amiga against the cage but Amiga circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Salvacion has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Amiga clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
You can see the frustration on Amiga's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
