Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Clemens (ranked 2238 p4p, 2311 weight class) and Rudolf Meine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Rudolf Meine!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clemens instigates a clinch.
A left hand lands to the body for Meine.
Meine blocks an uppercut.
Clemens lands a right hand.
Meine gets control of Clemens's arms and successfully pulls guard. Meine will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Meine looking for subs off his back but Clemens has passed one foot through into half guard.
Meine actively working from the bottom here.
Clemens knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Meine on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Meine working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Clemens doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Clemens manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Meine has his feet on Clemens's thighs here. He's pushed Clemens off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Clemens screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
