Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Walay Buut (ranked 24595 p4p, 24221 weight class) and Higanti Libat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walay Buut is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 27 - 23 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Walay Buut! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 21 - 31 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Higanti Libat! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Buut fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Libat avoids it really well and circles away. Buut darts in looking for a takedown but Libat gets double underhooks and turns Buut into the cage. Libat replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Buut blocks it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buut is working for takedown but Libat is calmly controlling the position for now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Walay Buut. That's going to take a lot out of him. Libat lands a takedown into guard.
Buut is wriggling around but Libat manages to pass to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Buut is trying is best to control the position here. Buut trying to control here.
Libat stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Buut is concentrating on defense, preventing Libat from advancing position. Buut is trying to maintain the position but Libat is very close to passing his half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Buut desperately trying to maintain half guard. Libat seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Libat has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Libat misses with a takedown attempt and Buut counters by clinching up. Libat drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Buut gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Libat tries to score a body lock takedown but Buut shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Buut lands a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Libat keeping moving, preventing Buut from controlling successfully. Libat trying to control the position here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Walay Buut will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Libat tries to land a body kick and Buut counters with a nice body kick. Libat shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Buut sprawls well. Buut wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Libat gets slowly back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Libat shoots in and drives through. Buut sprawls well. Buut misses with a takedown attempt - Libat sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Libat thinks about the counter body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Buut manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Libat on his heels. He'll look to pass Libat's guard now, I'm sure. Buut sitting in guard, not really doing much. Buut looking to sit in guard and control but Libat gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Libat showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Libat is continuing to stall. Buut has Libat pulled in close to control his posture.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Libat won't allow Buut to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Buut is working hard here to advance position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Buut fails to land the takedown. Libat drives through and clinches with Buut against the cage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Walay Buut dominated that second round. That's time! Buut's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round! Buut tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Libat defends well and Buut ends up having to push Libat into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Libat has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Buut is trying to keep an underhook but Libat manages to get the takedown into half guard. Buut wants to stand back up but Libat manages to pass into side control.
Libat misses with an attempted head punch from side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buut tries to get back to half guard but can't. Libat controlling the position from side mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Libat sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Buut is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Buut is looking to reverse the position. Who's going to make the next move? Buut wants to get back to his feet but Libat drags him back down.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Libat slows the pace down. You can see the frustration on Buut's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Buut walks forward, straight into a front kick from Libat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Buut avoids a kick to the body.
Buut shoots in but Libat avoids the takedown attempt easily. Libat throws a counter combo. Buut gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Libat to score an easy takedown into full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Libat's corner is telling him to maintain position. Higanti Libat has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Walay Buut is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Buut controlling Libat's posture.
And that's the end of the fight! Higanti Libat comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Buut has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
