The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Bakker lands a damaging elbow.

Bakker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Bakker gets a clinch.

Bakker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Satus Ad Finem closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Bakker moves into the clinch successfully.

Bakker pulls Satus Ad Finem into guard.
Satus Ad Finem should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Satus Ad Finem wants to pass the guard but Bakker is keeping the position.
Bakker has his hands on Satus Ad Finem's head, controlling the position.
Bakker continues to stall.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Bakker wants to stand but Satus Ad Finem is controlling the position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bakker is on top in guard.

Bakker decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Satus Ad Finem, up you get!

Satus Ad Finem tries to keep at a distance but Bakker has taken the fight into the clinch.

Bakker passes Satus Ad Finem's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Still in half guard, Bakker seems content to control.

Bakker stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.

Bakker has closed the distance and engaged Satus Ad Finem in a clinch.

The crowd cheers as Bakker lands an impressive looking overhand right. Satus Ad Finem doesn't seem phased though.
Bakker is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Bakker drops Satus Ad Finem with a huge uppercut! Satus Ad Finem drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Bakker is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
