Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Glass (ranked 3935 p4p, 25458 weight class) and Andrew Barber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Richard Glass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Andrew Barber!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Konstantin Menshow and Dmitry Maklakov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barber tries to close the distance and clinch but Glass swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Glass misses with an uppercut.
A shot to the liver by Barber. Beautiful body shot.
Barber darts in trying to clinch
and Glass counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Barber defending well as Glass loads up on a big left hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barber misses with a double jab.
Barber is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Barber changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Barber lands a lovely overhand right.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Good standup being displayed there by Barber as he connects with a hook.
Barber closes the distance but Glass moves to the side
and Glass counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Barber wants to clinch but Glass slips to the side

and Glass counters with a nice right hand that sends Barber toppling to the canvas! Barber scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Glass finish him?!

Barber is rocked!
Barber misses with a left hand
and Glass makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Barber is still on wobbly legs! Can Glass finish him?
Glass definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Barber misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Glass rattles Barber with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Barber tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Glass dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Barber stiff and motionless on the mat!
