Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Fisler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jayden Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Matt Fisler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jayden Lee!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee fails with the takedown.
Fisler misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lee checks a leg kick.
Fisler is looking to land body kicks.
Fisler fails with an attempt to clinch.
Fisler drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Lee tries to improve position but can't.
Fisler could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Fisler wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Lee, who protects the arm well.
Fisler stands up.
Fisler moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Fisler tries to keep at a distance but Lee has taken the fight into the clinch.
Lee is trying to break free.
Lee drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Fisler wants a takedown but no success here.
Lee breaks from the clinch.
Fisler misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fisler moves in looking to clinch but Lee pushes him off.
Fisler throws a series of punches but Lee moves out of range.
Fisler pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Matt Fisler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jayden Lee.
Fisler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lee is fending him off so far but Fisler persists. Nope, Lee circles away and we're back to standing.

Lee works over Fisler's head and body with a nice combination.
Lee shoots in but Fisler avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Fisler lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fisler connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Fisler throws a front kick aimed at Lee's knee but Lee avoids it well.
Lee wants to clinch up but Fisler keeps it at a distance.
Lee staying out of range there.
Fisler misses with a double jab
and Lee counters with a series of strikes. Fisler will be more careful next time no doubt.
Fisler lands a nice looking body kick.
Fisler tries a head kick but it misses.
Lee lands a front kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Lee counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Fisler had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Lee is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Fisler Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Lee's back instead.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lee is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Fisler's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Fisler is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Lee is defending well though. Fisler let's go of the attempt for now.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Fisler dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Nice uppercut there from Lee.
Fisler cracks a nice hook into Lee's ribs.
Fisler's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Fisler duly obliges.
A left and a right from Fisler both land. Nice combination.
Fisler shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense.
Fisler drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Lee wants to get back to his feet but Fisler drags him back down.
Fisler decides to stand back up.
Fisler throws a lazy right hand but Lee sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Fisler lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Lee circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nice takedown defense from Lee. No joy for Fisler on that attempt.
Fisler lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lee backs up against the cage.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Lee checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Lee goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

A combination from Fisler does no damage.
Fisler shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Fisler. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lee has Fisler up against the cage in a clinch.
Lee is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Lee manages to pull guard.
Fisler passes into half guard.
Matt Fisler overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Fisler tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Fisler wants to pass to mount but Lee is defending the position.

Fisler stands up and beckons Lee to join him on the feet.

and Lee counters with a series of strikes. Fisler will be more careful next time no doubt.

Lee changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Fisler fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Lee escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Fisler throws a push kick but Lee slaps the foot to one side.

Fisler lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Matt Fisler is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Fisler buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Fisler fails with the takedown.
Fisler will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Fisler throws a sloppy head kick and Lee moves out of range easily.

Lee fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

A head kick misses from Lee.
Lee dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fisler. That did some damage!
Fisler fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lee manages to avoid it.

Fisler throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lee counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Fisler!

This has been an exciting period of action!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lee can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Fisler is looking to escape.
Fisler tries to reverse the position but Lee maintains control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lee swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Fisler counters with a single leg into guard. Lee didn't expect that.

Lee lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Lee throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Fisler wants to clinch
and Lee counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Fisler falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
