Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sophus Antias (ranked 24544 p4p, 4678 weight class) and Jackson Hill (ranked 278 p4p, 217 weight class). Antias's entrance music is Bro hymn. A fine choice. Hill has chosen Eazy - Ye as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jackson Hill is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sophus Antias!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jackson Hill!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Antias moves into range and clinches up with Hill.
Hill tries to break the clinch but Antias is controlling the position.
Hill is trying to push Antias away but Antias has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Hill escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hill swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Antias counters with a right hand to the body.
Hill misses with a hook. Antias ducked under it nicely.
Antias drops down looking for a counter takedown but Hill sprawls and moves away.

Antias fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hill, pushing him back against the cage.
Antias tries to pull guard but Hill holds him up against the cage and eventually Antias drops back down to his feet.

Hill manages to break the clinch.
Hill rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Antias moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Antias jumps guard but Hill turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Hill tries to circle away but Antias has him pinned against the cage.

Hill breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Antias has been working on his balance at Besta-Fera Training Center, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Hill.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
