Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Maxwell Pappin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ted Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Maxwell Pappin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ted Grant! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grant connects with a body shot. Pappin closes this distance looking for a takedown but Grant circles away. Pappin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Grant is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Pappin is controlling him. Pappin's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grant wants to stand and escape but Pappin is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Grant controls Pappin momentarily but Pappin frees himself. Pappin not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Grant wants to get back to his feet but Pappin is in a dominant position and won't allow it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Maxwell Pappin will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
A jab from Grant finds it's way through Pappin's defenses.
It looks like Maxwell Pappin has been cut. Grant looks to land a combination but Pappin avoids it well. Grant will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Pappin shoots in but Grant avoids the takedown attempt easily. Grant with a body punch. A glancing blow. A decent looking cross lands there for Grant. Pappin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Pappin fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Maxwell Pappin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pappin fails with a takedown attempt. Grant connects with a superb combination that knocks Pappin out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Grant before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Pappin!
