Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake Paul (ranked 4397 p4p, 3940 weight class) and Paolo Azzadiu (ranked 0 p4p, 436 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jake Paul!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Paolo Azzadiu!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Azzadiu is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Paul to keep the fight standing.
Azzadiu jumps guard but Paul stands there with Azzadiu around his waist. Azzadiu gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Azzadiu tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Jake Paul has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paolo Azzadiu.
Azzadiu tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Paul just stands there and leans against the cage.
Azzadiu tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Paul smiles and moves away.
Azzadiu throws a front kick aimed at Paul's knee but Paul avoids it well.
As Azzadiu looks to move away, Paul throws a big counter combo but Azzadiu just gets out of the way.
Paul takes the fight into the clinch.

Paul tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Azzadiu avoids it.
Azzadiu jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Paul walks away with a smile on his face. Azzadiu gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Azzadiu avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Azzadiu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Paul avoids the head kick by Azzadiu.
Paul closes the distance and pushes Azzadiu back into the cage.

Paul lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Azzadiu tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Paul just stands there and leans against the cage.

Paul manages to break the clinch.
Azzadiu misses with a head kick.
Paul gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Azzadiu tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Paul connects with a nasty looking knee right to Azzadiu's face.

Paul is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Paul breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Azzadiu tries to land a body kick
and Paul counters with a two punch combo.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Azzadiu is trying to pull guard but Paul turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Paul digs a right hand into Azzadiu's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Azzadiu's gas tank.
Paul lands a knee to the head.
Paul landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Azzadiu takes a knee to the side of the body.
Paul is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Paul has clasped his hands together around Azzadiu's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Azzadiu manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Paul is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Azzadiu is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Paul is tapping! Great win for Azzadiu!
