Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Roger Sander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shuck Reverb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shuck Reverb has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roger Sander!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shuck Reverb!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reverb throws a shot from downtown. Sander moves away and avoids it.
Reverb swings for the body but Sander moves out of range.
Reverb throws out a loose jab but Sander uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sander gets a takedown into half guard.
Sander is taking a breather. Reverb says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Reverb gets full guard.
Sander wants to control from the top but Reverb keeps moving.

Reverb working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sander doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sander manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Sander wanted to stand there but Reverb had control of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Reverb working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sander doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sander manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Reverb lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sander!
Reverb tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.

Sander is wriggling around trying to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sander is breathing heavily.
Reverb wants to get back to his feet but Sander is holding on tight.
Sander is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Reverb sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Reverb looking to control but Sander is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Reverb is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Sander can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Sander prevents Reverb from taking his back.

Sander working to try and regain half guard.
Reverb wants to control the pace but Sander is squirming around nicely.
Sander squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Reverb thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Reverb fails to advance to Sander's back.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Reverb is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Sander is surviving well by controlling Reverb's body position as best he can.
Reverb can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Sander is looking to escape.
Reverb might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Sander kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shuck Reverb dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Reverb misses with a series of wild punches.
Reverb connects with a nice looking jab.
Sander on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Reverb ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sander moves away.
A telegraphed right hand from Reverb misses the target.
Sander shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Reverb wants to sweep here but Sander controlling him for the moment.
Sander postures up.
Sander wants to pass the guard but Reverb is keeping the position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Sander is posturing up here but Reverb has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Sander tries to roll out but it's too tight and Sander has to tap! Slick submission there by Reverb!
