Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jorlan Vieira (ranked 1866 p4p, 1636 weight class) and Panda MacLeod (ranked 96 p4p, 89 weight class). Jorlan Vieira could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Panda MacLeod's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as MacLeod lands an impressive looking overhand right. Vieira doesn't seem phased though.
Vieira takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
MacLeod takes a swing at Vieira's ribcage but misses.
Vieira is looking to counter punch.
Vieira throws a hook but MacLeod blocks it.
MacLeod throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Vieira cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Panda MacLeod has been cut.
MacLeod misses with a hook.
MacLeod fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vieira manages to avoid it.
Vieira throws a body shot but no joy.
Vieira loads up on a big right hand but MacLeod slips the punch.
MacLeod takes one on the button.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
MacLeod pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
MacLeod misses with a telegraphed body shot

and MacLeod is countered with a crisp right hand from Vieira that sends him to the canvas! Vieira follows him to the mat into side control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
MacLeod is not content to let Vieira control the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Vieira tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Vieira trying to control the action but MacLeod is working from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

MacLeod gets back to half guard.
MacLeod is looking to control Vieira's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can MacLeod avoid being mounted?

MacLeod looking for submissions off his back.
Vieira is controlling the pace.
Vieira is looking to advance position but MacLeod won't allow it.
Vieira will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

MacLeod looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Vieira content to control rather than advance.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Vieira is trying to control the action in half guard but MacLeod is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
MacLeod just misses with a punch to the body.
MacLeod swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
MacLeod tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Vieira misses with an uppercut. MacLeod saw that one coming.
Vieira lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but MacLeod circles away quickly and effectively.
Vieira throws a right and a left that both miss.
Vieira throws out a loose jab but MacLeod uses good head movement to avoid it.
MacLeod fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vieira manages to avoid it.
MacLeod avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
MacLeod throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
MacLeod lands with an uppercut that bounces Vieira off the cage and back into range.
MacLeod fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vieira manages to avoid it.
Vieira was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A looping hook to the body misses from Vieira. MacLeod does a little dance to reset his feet.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Panda MacLeod's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Vieira avoids the body shot from MacLeod.
Vieira is looking to counter the offense by MacLeod and move into the clinch.
Vieira lands with a cross.

and Vieira counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

That has opened up Panda MacLeod's cut even more.
Vieira lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as MacLeod backs up against the cage.

and MacLeod counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
MacLeod tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Vieira's elbow.
MacLeod tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Vieira pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vieira lands with a light punch inside.
MacLeod looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
With the fighters up against the cage, Vieira throws an elbow but misses.
Vieira is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but MacLeod is keeping busy.
Vieira lands an elbow inside that MacLeod shrugs off.

The cut above Panda MacLeod's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Vieira scores with a shot to the side of MacLeod's head.

MacLeod misses with a punch on the inside.

Vieira drops MacLeod onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! MacLeod is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

MacLeod is rocked!

Panda MacLeod's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Vieira breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
MacLeod is still on wobbly legs! Can Vieira finish him?
MacLeod walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Vieira! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
