Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Johnny McBraddish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spider Queen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McBraddish's entrance music is Broken by 12 Stones. A fine choice. Spider Queen acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnny McBraddish! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Spider Queen! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McBraddish throws a series of punches but Queen avoids them all with ease. A punch combination from Queen misses. Queen takes one to the side of the head.
McBraddish swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Queen counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Queen wants to free his trapped foot but McBraddish is holding on for dear life with his legs. Queen is trying to control. McBraddish wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Queen stops McBraddish from getting back to his feet.
Queen wants to take a breather but McBraddish is having none of it. McBraddish keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Queen seems to be working for a kimura but McBraddish defends the submission attempt. Queen trying to control the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. Queen is sneakily working for an arm triangle but McBraddish sees it coming and defends easily.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. McBraddish misses with a combination
and Queen counters with a nice double leg into side control. McBraddish won't be happy with that. McBraddish wants to get back to his feet but Queen drags him back down. Queen is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but McBraddish is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. McBraddish avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Queen.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Queen wants to lay and pray for a moment but McBraddish keeps working. McBraddish is pushing Queen's head away, looking to escape. Queen manages to hold on to the position though. McBraddish stops Queen from passing to mount. Queen thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Queen looks gassed! McBraddish managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Queen.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Queen tries a head kick but it misses.

and McBraddish counters with a left to the body. McBraddish throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Queen avoids a lazy jab quite easily. McBraddish throws a jab when Queen was well out of range. McBraddish looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Queen ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. The fight moves into the clinch position. Queen drops to a knee looking for a takedown but McBraddish gets the underhooks and prevents it.
McBraddish breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Queen counters with a shoot takedown. McBraddish fights it but they end up in guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. McBraddish wants to stand but Queen is controlling the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Queen is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in McBraddish's half guard. McBraddish makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! McBraddish throws a right and a left that both miss. Queen ducks right into an uppercut from McBraddish. Nice uppercut there from McBraddish. Queen slips under a jab. Queen tries a head kick but it misses.

It looks like Spider Queen has been cut. Queen stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. A telegraphed right hand from McBraddish misses the target. The crowd cheers as McBraddish lands an impressive looking overhand right. Queen doesn't seem phased though. McBraddish loads up on a big right hand but Queen slips the punch. McBraddish falls off balance throwing a combination
and Queen counters with a left and a right that stings McBraddish. McBraddish cracks Queen with an open hand slap. Queen on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Some wild striking there from Queen.

McBraddish swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Queen moves out of range as McBraddish strikes. McBraddish tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Queen was well out of range. Poor timing from McBraddish. Queen slips under a jab from McBraddish. McBraddish goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McBraddish tests Queen's chin there with a solid looking shot. McBraddish looks to throw the jab but Queen is out of range.

McBraddish lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
