Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ronaldo Gomes (ranked 3218 p4p, 4191 weight class) and Sebastian Kluba (ranked 391 p4p, 483 weight class). Kluba has chosen Kiss The Girl as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ronaldo Gomes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 34 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sebastian Kluba!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Kluba misses its intended target.
Nice takedown defense from Kluba. No joy for Gomes on that attempt.
A countering left hand to the body from Kluba misses.
Kluba takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Gomes shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Gomes showed some decent athleticism there.
Gomes trying to advance position but Kluba counters by regaining guard.
Kluba trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kluba is concentrating on defense, preventing Gomes from advancing position.
Gomes wants to work for an arm triangle but Kluba is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Gomes passes the guard and advances to mount!

Gomes goes for an armbar but Kluba turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Kluba.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gomes wants to sweep here but Kluba controlling him for the moment.
Gomes looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Kluba has picked Gomes up and slammed him! Gomes can't keep hold of the triangle and Kluba manages to pass to side control!
Kluba takes a little break here. Gomes wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Gomes tries to buck Kluba off but Kluba is having none of it.

Gomes has got one arm under Kluba's chin. This could be trouble... Kluba trying to control the other hand but Gomes gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Kluba has tapped out! The fight is over!
