The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Huhrera will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Laperierre drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Huhrera defends it well.
Huhrera shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Laperierre pinned against the cage. Laperierre gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Huhrera drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've been hearing good reports from Huhrera 's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
