Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Denial Jordan (ranked 4376 p4p, 4391 weight class) and Max Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Denial Jordan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Max Ramirez!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirez shoots for a double leg takedown but Jordan sprawls well. He's pushed Ramirez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jordan stuffs the takedown attempt from Ramirez. Ramirez gets slowly back to his feet.
It looked like Jordan was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Jordan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ramirez was well out of range. Poor timing from Jordan.
Ramirez throws a counter combo.
Jordan lands a jab to Ramirez's midsection.
A telegraphed right hand from Jordan misses the target.
A punch combination from Jordan misses.
Ramirez tries to close the distance and clinch but Jordan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ramirez clinches.
Ramirez has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jordan avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Denial Jordan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Ramirez.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Jordan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ramirez, pushing him back against the cage.
Ramirez escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jordan doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Ramirez counters with a head kick. That will keep Jordan thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Jordan gets the takedown into side control.
Ramirez sneaks out the side door and pushes Jordan away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Jordan has a takedown stuffed.
Jordan moves into the clinch.
Ramirez pulls guard successfully.

Jordan looking to sit in guard and control but Ramirez gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Ramirez stands up and waves to Jordan to follow him.
Ramirez throws a head kick but Jordan moves out of range.
Ramirez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Jordan takes the fight into the clinch.
Jordan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jordan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Ramirez to the mat! Ramirez manages to get full guard.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Denial Jordan will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
No joy there for Ramirez, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ramirez forces Jordan back against the cage and clinches.
Jordan tries to work over Ramirez's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jordan tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
You can see the frustration on Ramirez's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Denial Jordan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Jordan wants to clinch up but Ramirez keeps it at a distance.

Jordan dives in and grabs Ramirez's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ramirez pushes down on Jordan's head and hops out.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jordan changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Ramirez fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Ramirez shoots in and drives through. Jordan sprawls well.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Denial Jordan.
I think Jordan has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
