Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between head hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Trigg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trigg has chosen Mama Said Knock You Out as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, head hunter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Trigg! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! hunter drops Trigg with a left right combo! hunter follows him down to the ground into side control.
Trigg is rocked!
It looks like Frank Trigg has been cut. hunter tries to stand but Trigg is controlling his head. Trigg is still in real trouble! Can hunter finish him? Trigg tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but hunter wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Trigg seems to have recovered his senses. Trigg wants to control but hunter postures up. Trigg is trying to improve his position. hunter decides to stand back up. hunter steps back and let's Trigg get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trigg rushes hunter and presses him up against the cage. hunter is fighting off a takedown attempt but Trigg is just too persistent for him and manages to trip hunter to the mat. hunter regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Trigg wants to control from the top but hunter keeps moving. Trigg working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. That's two minutes gone in the round. Trigg trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Trigg pushes hunter up against the cage in a clinch. Trigg decides to pull guard. Trigg looking to hit a scissor sweep but hunter is one step ahead there. Trigg wants to hit a switch here but hunter passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Trigg there! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Trigg can do anything to dispel that myth. Trigg is desperately trying to improve his position but hunter has a good base and remains in mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Trigg manages to regain half guard. Good work. hunter has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Trigg works to full guard. hunter is breathing heavily. hunter wants to stand and escape but instead Trigg has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that head hunter will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Frank Trigg's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

head hunter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. hunter throws a series of punches but Trigg moves out of range. Trigg moves into the clinch. Trigg tightens his grip and picks hunter up, before dumping him to the ground. hunter manages to land in guard. Trigg trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but hunter manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Trigg looking to hit a scissor sweep but hunter is one step ahead there. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Trigg manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's one minute gone in the round. Trigg lands with some strikes. Trigg is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but hunter is surviving well by controlling Trigg's body position as best he can.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. hunter is bucking up trying to escape but Trigg cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Trigg looking for a guillotine from mount but hunter is having none of it. Trigg breaks from hunter's wrist control and lands an elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trigg in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Trigg tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. A nice elbow there by Trigg. Trigg lands with some strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Trigg controlling the position easily from mount. Trigg scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish hunter?
Trigg thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Trigg wants to control the pace but hunter is squirming around nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank Trigg showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Frank Trigg's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Trigg misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Trigg looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. hunter throws a hook but Trigg blocks it. Trigg showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from hunter.
Trigg has hunter up against the cage in a clinch.
Trigg is trying to work for a single leg takedown but hunter pulls him back up using the underhooks. Trigg trying to land knees to the body.
Trigg breaks from the clinch.
Trigg feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. hunter keeping full guard, as Trigg tries to pass. Trigg throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. hunter keeping full guard, as Trigg tries to pass. Trigg with a flurry of punches that miss. Trigg controlling from the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Trigg gets to his feet - hunter follows without any prompting. Trigg fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. hunter sprawls well initially but Trigg persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Trigg not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Frank Trigg has got the better of the ground game so far. Trigg trying to control the action but hunter is working from the bottom. Trigg content to control rather than advance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. hunter avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Trigg. hunter is trying to stand back up but Trigg is controlling him
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Trigg looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. hunter blocking the ground and pound attempt from Trigg. Trigg missing with the ground and pound from half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Trigg is working for a kimura but hunter is defending it quite comfortably.
And that's the end of the fight! Frank Trigg comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Trigg has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
