Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andersson lands with a nice body punch.
Andersson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Andersson misses with a straight right.
Jihadov swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Jihadov's coach down at Trials Of Fortitude was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jihadov's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Andersson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Jihadov counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Andersson thinking.
Jihadov throws a series of punches but Andersson avoids them all with ease.
Andersson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jihadov as he jumps to the side.
Jihadov ducks under a wild hook from Andersson .
Nice uppercut lands for Andersson . That snapped Jihadov's head back.
Jihadov swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Andersson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Andersson pushes Jihadov up against the cage in a clinch.
Andersson lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

A nice right hand lands inside from Andersson .
Andersson lands a left hand.
Jihadov swings wildly with an uppercut but Andersson uses good head movement to avoid it.
A head punch on the inside from Jihadov fails to land.

Andersson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Andersson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Andersson is on top in guard.

Andersson tries to free his leg and advance position but Jihadov is retaining full guard.
Andersson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Andersson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Jihadov wants to stand and escape but Andersson is having none of it.
Jihadov can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Andersson controls the pace.

Andersson sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jihadov's guard.

Still in half guard, Andersson seems content to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Andersson passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Jihadov!

Andersson is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Jihadov has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Jihadov!

Andersson tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Andersson lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Andersson prevents Jihadov from getting back to his feet.

Andersson is pushing down on Jihadov's leg trying to pass to half guard. Jihadov is fighting to maintain full guard but Andersson has managed to sneak the leg through.

Andersson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jihadov does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
