Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hung Wei Lo (ranked 4482 p4p, 4387 weight class) and Severus Segamar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Segamar forces Lo back against the cage and clinches.
Lo misses with a hook from the clinch.
Segamar misses with a hook to the ribs.
Lo has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Segamar is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Segamar works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Segamar is fighting off a takedown attempt but Lo is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Segamar to the mat. Segamar regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Segamar is wriggling around but Lo manages to pass to half guard.

Lo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Segamar doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Lo.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lo connects with a nice short shot to Segamar's temple.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lo prevents Segamar from standing back up.

Lo is pressing down on Segamar's thigh, looking to free his foot. Segamar is holding on for now.
Lo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Lo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Segamar is trying to stand up here but Lo is controlling him well.
Segamar wants to stand back up but Lo manages to pass into side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Segamar can do anything to dispel that myth.

Lo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Segamar is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Segamar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Segamar is pushing Lo's head away, looking to escape. Lo manages to hold on to the position though.

Segamar takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Segamar is trying to stand and escape here. He's got onto all fours but that's just let Lo take his back! Uh oh - Lo has got a rear naked choke here! Segamar is forced to tap! It's all over! One monent is all it takes in this sport!
