Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Gordon (ranked 2909 p4p, 25143 weight class) and Autobot Three (ranked 358 p4p, 619 weight class). Gordon's entrance music is Waffle House. A fine choice. Autobot Three has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ryan Gordon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Autobot Three!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Three gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Gordon to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Gordon definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Gordon is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Gordon remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Gordon lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Three quite badly. Three pulls Gordon in close trying to recover. Gordon postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Three on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Three doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ryan Gordon!
After winning the bout, Ryan Gordon thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
