Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hendrik Van Tonder (ranked 5237 p4p, 4373 weight class) and Trafalgar Law (ranked 506 p4p, 0 weight class). Van Tonder's entrance music is Orkney snork nie. A fine choice. Law has chosen Death is inevitible as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Hendrik Van Tonder has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Hendrik Van Tonder seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Law moves out of range of the leg kick from Van Tonder.
Law unleashes a big counter combination but Van Tonder bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Law enables Van Tonder to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Law manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Law pushes Van Tonder off and scrambles back to his feet.
Van Tonder scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Law bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!

Van Tonder feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Law tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Van Tonder throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
As Van Tonder backs off Law throws a huge counter combo but Van Tonder manages to avoid it all.
Van Tonder closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Law quickly recovers to half guard.
Law pushes Van Tonder off and gets back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A head kick by Van Tonder misses
and Law counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Law drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Law jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Law sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Van Tonder's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Law passes to full mount!
Law moves to the back.
Law working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Van Tonder is doing well to defend. Law seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Van Tonder is forced to tap and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Trafalgar Law!
Trafalgar Law took his opportunity to call for a title shot in his post fight interview.
Hendrik Van Tonder was interviewed post fight and said 'Jis dit was amper'.
