Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Burdon (ranked 1885 p4p, 1875 weight class) and Moshe Weiss (ranked 250 p4p, 248 weight class). Moshe Weiss has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with John Burdon's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Burdon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Moshe Weiss!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Phil Schofield and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burdon works the jab nicely.

It looked like Burdon was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Weiss.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Burdon throws out a powerful jab.
Weiss dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Burdon stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Burdon lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Weiss takes one to the side of the head.
Burdon is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Weiss can do to turn this around?

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Burdon drops Weiss with a huge uppercut! Weiss drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Burdon is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
