Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Phu Hoang (ranked 3545 p4p, 4410 weight class) and Helio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Hoang.

Silva clinches with his opponent.
Silva wants to break free but Hoang has control.

Hoang ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hoang no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Silva postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Hoang to stand up.

Hoang lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Helio Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hoang turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Silva throws Hoang to one side and escapes!

and Hoang counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Hoang closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close second round but I would say that Phu Hoang will probably get the nod.

Phu Hoang showed his dominance in that final round.
