Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Darragh Prendergast!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Owain Parsons!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Parsons misses with a straight left.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Prendergast lands with a cross.
Prendergast throws a right hand that misses
and Parsons connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Prendergast defending well as Parsons loads up on a big left hand.
It looked like Prendergast wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Prendergast throws a hook but Parsons avoids it easily.
Parsons connects with a good right hand that stumbles Prendergast. Prendergast circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Parsons misses with a right hand
and Prendergast counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Parsons moves away from the strike by Prendergast.
Parsons connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Parsons has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Prendergast finds it's way round the side to connect with Parsons's head.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Prendergast misses with a right hand
and Parsons counters with a nice uppercut.
And that's the end of the fight!
Owain Parsons comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Parsons has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Owain Parsons rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
