The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flugamine fails with a takedown attempt.
Patel looks like he wants to counter punch here.

and Patel counters with a nice right hand that sends Flugamine toppling to the canvas! Flugamine scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Patel finish him?!

Flugamine is rocked!

It looks like Maskar Flugamine has been cut.
Flugamine goes for a double leg but Patel avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Patel continues to drive forward.
A little jabbing left from Patel on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Oh Flugamine is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Patel creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Flugamine with a big uppercut! Flugamine tries to clinch up but Patel pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Flugamine to the mat! Flugamine covers up and Patel unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
